Come to Oaks Crossing in the heart of Missouri Wine Country to learn and participate
in the art of cuisine and crafting that are the flavor of this region.

Throughout the year there are several events that you won't want to miss ...

Just a reminder that the
"Tool Chest Adventures" program - "Go where the Wildflowers Grow"
will be this Thursday May 14th @ 9 am.

Meet at the Conferance Center here at Oaks Crossing for a basic orientation, then enjoy a guided hike
along the Katy Trail for a VERY ENLIGHTENING  Wildflower experience.

Dan's focus will be not only on just the individual plants, but also on the most unique environment in which they grow.

Your facilitator, Dan Lindsay, is about as unique as some of the plants he talks about.

He:
Has a degree in industrial design.
Designed the two story Nature Clock at Cardinal Glen.
Is a lab instructor/teacher of botany, physical science and cycling at St Charles Community College.
Nature Director - Greater St Louis Area Council of the Boy Scouts.
Designs and markets his Wild Flower note cards that are literally works of art.
Is chef mechanic for the Katy Bike Rental.

It is important to make reservations.  The class is limited in size and the registration is $15.00 per person.
To register you can email , or call me at 314 308 5904.

Hope to see you Thursday,
